South Bohemian University and Academic Technology Transfer Centre (JCTT) consists of two separate offices, one is part of the Rector's Office of University of South Bohemia in the Czech Budejovice and the second originated as part of the Biology Centre ASCR.

JCTT was founded in 2012 and serves all colleges, universities and workplaces separate individual institutes of the Biology Centre ASCR ..
Its mission is to help bridge the gap between scientific laboratories and commercial spheres, so that the general public is able to benefit from the inventiveness and creativity of researchers of the University of South Bohemia in the Czech Budejovice (JU) and the Biology Centre ASCR. By applying the results of research and development will occur, among other things, strengthen the integration of the South Bohemian University and the Biological Centre in the cultural and socio-economic development at regional and national levels.
The center is also a contact point for companies interested in cooperation with JU in research and development, use of laboratory capacity, contract research, licensing and expertise.
