Analysis of molecular markers - DNA fingerprinting of plants

Služba zahrnuje kompletní molekulární analýzu rostlinného materiálu, digitální obrazovou a statistickou analýzu získaných dat.

Metodický postup zahrnuje izolaci DNA (DNA je izolována z materiálu čerstvého, zamraženého, lyofilizovaného, vysušeného v silikagelu). DNA je možno izolovat mikroextrakčními metodami (komerčně dostupnými kity) nebo pomocí standardních metod izolace DNA. V dalším kroku probíhá vlastní analýzy molekulárních markerů – DNA fingerprinting. Podle povahy analýzy je možné navrhnout řadu přístupů – analýzu RAPD, SSR, ISSR, AFLP, detekci specifických genů, analýzu ITS, cpDNA, PCR-RFLP analýzu ITS nebo specifických amplikonů, klonování a sekvenování amplifikovaných fragmentů DNA..

Digitální obrazová analýza a statistická analýza zahrnuje vyhodnocení a interpretaci primárních molekulárních dat.
